I forgot to mention that I fell down three steps at the local post office yesterday. Didn't break anything. In fact, I didn't think I had taken much damage, but today I woke up with my shoulder, neck, and right arm sore. So much so that it's painful to move around much.
When I fell, I caught myself with my right hand to keep me from planting my face into the sidewalk. I guess I injured myself then.
A nice young lady helped me pick up my belongings. I was carrying my checkbook and wallet in one hand and a large envelope containing stamps in the other. Fortunately I didn't lose anything.
Otherwise, not much news. Continued to work on my 20 List on the things I could do without moving too much. Most housework and chores were not possible today so I worked on filing, writing, and generally non-active things like that.
