We interrupt your regular scheduled posting for this breaking news: STEPHEN BAGLEY WALKED 2 MILES AT THE FITNESS CENTER TODAY! THEN HE WALKED AN ADDITIONAL LAP AS A 'VICTORY' LAP!
He was a bit sick afterwards, but not so much that he won't be doing it again TOMORROW!
He'd like to thank Eric and Jennifer who were his lap team for this accomplishment! Kyra was ill today, or she would have been there! Thanks, Kyra for all the coaching!
