It's nicer when you see it in person but not by much. I do like the Touch stone, though. The Touch stone is a block engraved with the word 'Touch' which is set in the basin of the fountain. It's usually wet with the spray of the fountain, and the idea is the people can touch the water. I agree that the water wall is disappointing. I was up there when they dedicated the fountain, and I think many people were surprised about how plain it was.

In the lower right hand corner, you can see part of the Touch stone that Gloria is talking about.
